Q: Can we ride the balloon?

A: Yes You Can! The Balloon's gondola holds 25-30 passengers.

 

Q: Are private flights available?

A: Yes, you can reserve a private flight for up to 25 guests.

 

Q: Is the balloon tethered to the ground or free floating?

A: Cloud 9 is tethered to the ground and perfectly located to give you

the best view of the Las Vegas Strip and Valley!

 

Q: How safe is it?

A: Cloud 9 has your safety in mind! Tethered firmly to the ground,

made out of fire-resistant materials and the passenger basket has sturdy

chain mesh barrier that optimizes the gorgeous view while keeping

you safe.

 

Q: Can kids ride?

A: Yes, the basket is safe and fun for all ages! Not to mention, kids

under 4 ride for FREE!

 

Q: How long is the average flight?

A: About 15 minutes per flight

 

Q: Are there weight restrictions?

A: No.

 

Q: What happens if the cable breaks?

A: The likelihood of a cable break is virtually ZERO, but in the event

of a cable break the balloon is a pilot-able aircraft. All C9 Pilots

are trained and certified in proper operation in landing the balloon

safely.

 

Q: Can we take pictures?

A: Absolutely! Cloud 9 is an experience we want you to remember!

 

Q: Do you have to make reservations?

A: It is recommended that you make a reservation.
Walk-ins are welcomed, but reservations are highly recommended.
